Our Orchard Gin is a unique take on the classic gin profile, where we’ve swapped out the traditional citrus for the aromatic complexity of quince. Growing quinces in the apple-rich region of Lenswood, Adelaide Hills, felt like a natural choice, reflecting the character of our local landscape.

This gin is anchored by a pure juniper note—an essential foundation for any gin—enhanced by a carefully selected blend of botanicals, spices, and ethereal elements that create a multi-layered, enjoyable spirit. The result is a gin that’s versatile and well-balanced, whether you’re sipping it neat, mixing a classic G&T, or crafting a cocktail where the juniper shines through.

For a simple, yet delightful garnish, we recommend a slice of apple and a mint leaf. And if you’re feeling adventurous, our cidermaker’s favourite is a straightforward gimlet with fresh lime juice—clean, crisp, and refreshingly satisfying.
